To design security checkpoints and to maximize the security process performance, we balance the following design principles:

• Human Factor: stress reduction for passengers and a positive work environment for security agents
• Compliance: regulations translated into manageable standard working procedures,
• Costs: efficient use of m2 and efficient deployment of agents. 

During the design and optimization process we use mock-ups, 1 on 1 scale cardboard model of a security checkpoint, to simulate various use cases and procedures. Together with your organization we will test the design and based on these findings we will be able to alter the checkpoint where necessary.

Additionally, representatives of the security agents are involved in this stimulation to enhance the security process and improve the security agent’s effectiveness and efficiency.
